Partnership Application Terms

1. Commission Agreement

We retain a 30% commission on each sale made through our platform. This will be automatically deducted from the sale price.

2. Shipping & Returns

Brands are responsible for shipping orders directly to customers and handling all returns and exchanges.

Return and exchange policies must be clearly stated and communicated to us.

3. Item Selection

We will collaboratively select items from your collection to list on our platform, with your input taken into consideration. Final decisions on which items to feature will rest with us.

5. Inventory & Stock Updates

Brands must ensure accurate inventory counts and notify us immediately of any out-of-stock or discontinued items.

6. Pricing

Pricing will be mutually agreed upon and must remain consistent with your other sales channels.

7. Transparency & Communication

Brands must provide timely responses to customer queries, returns, and operational matters.

Brands must notify us of any changes to policies, product availability, or other significant matters.

8. Compliance

Brands must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale of their products.

9. Brand Representation

You authorize us to use your brand name, logo, and product images for marketing and promotional purposes in connection with our platform.
